Default 07 GT Heads and Came

I really want to upgrade my mustang but I don't know much about cars. I'm gonna take everything to a reputable shop. I was wondering if anyone had any recommendation on a good set of heads and cams to buy. Price isn't an option really just as long as they are good. I do want to supercharge down the road so was also wondering if that would effect my choice of heads and cam and if so what to buy? Thanks guys really appreciate your help.

Heads...meh, I personally think they're too much money for the hp.

Cams...take a look at the comp cams 127300.

Yeah, heads are $2k for the ford racing ones. I don't know what cams cost, but add in install for both and you are in supercharger territory. Skip the heads and cams and go straight to a blower. Install it yourself. it's like changing one big spark plug.

Thanks for the advice! Any specific blower you recommend?

I wouldn't bother with heads and cams unless you're really stuck on building power NA. Go blower.

You can usually find nice used cams on here and if your lucky you live in a rural area like me and labor is cheap. $500 for cams + $450 or the install = $950 to hear your stang talk to you at idle.

I don't have any specific recommendations for a blower, but I completely agree with the other two. You will be much happier going the blower route!

Do some research on the different types of forced induction

Centrifugal
Positive displacement
Turbo

Then decide which one is for you.
