07 Mustang GT Bore

I was wondering if I should get my heads bored out and to what size if I'm also going to add blower, cam, etc

I think you mean getting your heads ported. If you're going blower don't bother, you'll pick up enough power with that you wont need to go through expense and labor of head porting.
