Default Quick horsepower increase

I am looking to increase the hp on my 2010 mustang gt. I plan on getting headers this summer and I have exhaust, cai, and a tune. What should I do next once all this is done to increase hp without rebuilding my motor?

How much do you have to spend and how much power are you looking to get? Outside of what you've already done the cheapest power increase would probably be nitrous, followed by forced induction. You could do cams/heads for probably a bit less than forced induction, but your dollar per hp gained would be higher (meaning you get less bang for your buck).

If you're looking to FEEL more powerful and multiply the power a bit more, gears would give you a good kick.

Gears and a good short throw shifter would probably keep you happy for a little while. Other than that, go for boost!

If you're not intending on going FI, then adding cams to those LT's (don't bother with shorties) will be an equivalent gain to the CAI & tune gains. The rest of the exhaust is for tone only and won't add any performance. Of course, "WHO'S" tunes you're running will also make a difference.

Also, if you're not going FI, you can try a set of underdrive pulleys. They don't really add alot of power but they feel like they do on the butt dyno.

Horse power per dollar nothing beats the simplicity and performance of the DOB kit.

Pullies, delete plugs, aluminum 1 piece drive shaft, gears, long tubes, cams, heads... Alot of things you can do besides forced induction. However I would lower it ( if you haven't already) before any of these things. Mustang mods go on and on ........ That's the beauty

Nitrous would be probably the quickest way to gain some power but if you go boost just Turbo it I'm sure you'll put down better power than SC and probably cost around the same
