Default Eaton M90 Charger

I'm new to the forums and I'm slightly in a bind,
I have a 06 GT and there's a m90 for sale locally, I've done a little bit of research on it but still have a few questions..

Providing I buy the supercharger will I need any form of external cooling or is it self contained?
What all extra parts will I need for it?
As for the mounting brackets on it is that something I could fabricate in my garage or does it have to be done professionally?
All in all aside from the charger itself what am I looking at price wise without the tune? (I have a local shop that has a very fair price for me since I've already been in there twice on the dyno)

I've been using this forum forever but just haven't gotten around to registering and I know if there's something I need to know you guys are the ones to come to! Thank you very much for your help in advance!

If all you're looking at is the rotors and housing, then you'd likely come out cheaper buying a complete kit. There is a LOT that goes into a proper supercharger installation.

That's the answer I was hoping I wasn't going to get lol!

However I'm glad that I did get that answer, Better to do it right the first time and avoid cheap parts then have something mess up and end up replacing the whole engine..

What would be a cheap but reliable supercharger I could go with that's the full kit?

I believe the cheapest kits are going to be the paxtons from Brnspeed.

Many people have done M112 blower installs for about $3500. The M112 is a much better blower than the M90 especially for our 4.6l motors.

Nothing wrong with buying a used kit you just gotta make sure you get ALL the parts. All is the key word............ in other words "buyer beware".
