Default 4.10+ gears?

Hey guys I am running a 07 GT Auto Tran with long tube headers H-pipe and Vortech V-3 si Trim with 8psi and the stock torque converter I make 412RWHP and 358 ft/lbs of torque. I use this car as a daily driver but run it at the strip every friday night. I want to get new gears but I cant decide what to get. 4.10 sound like what most people go for but it has been suggested to me to try for some in the range of 4.33s and heard of some auto running as high as 4.56s. I am just looking for some more opinions on if higher then 4.10s are a good idea for a street/strip car. I do plan on making alot more HP and dont want to run in to serious traction issues as well. So any suggestions?

with that much hps & 5-speed you don't need to go that high in gears.
Imo, for your setup 3.73 is ideal

source: I have 4.10 on my 2011 v6 - 6-speed auto and it's ideal if you cruise at 70mph. I cruise higher, and if I had to do it again I would do 3.73

i wouldnt go steeper than 410s. 1st would be useless and even with 410s and that hp you have to get some suspension mods to even think about putting that power to the ground

with some practice and some stickey tires you could launch very hard on the 4.10's. My issue with them is it takes away from the driveabilty a lil. 1st gear you have to shift as soon as you launch or just pull out of a red light. Lot of fast cars out there just run 3.55

It will help but it's up to you really, do you launch your car hard? Do you want to? Can your tires and suspension hold? if not why go 4.10's they really won't help you much if you are doing roll racing, to be honest wont help you at all really

is your auto 6-speed or 5 ?
you always want a lower gear ratio with a 5-speed
