Getting Ready to Install a Vortech V3, have some questions
#22
Thanks guys for all the suggestions. I am going to attempt it today, I have my camera charged and tools ready. I did purchase the lisle tool with the hopes that I will not need it, can't believe I spend $95 bucks on it!!! Wish me luck!

Well....Saturday morning I jumped in my car with my Lisle, 8 brand new plugs, PB blaster, carb cleaner, and poured some sea foam into the gas tank and headed up to my parents house about 2 hours away as I was planning on staying there for the weekend. Once I arrived I pulled the mustang in the garage and got to work.
I pulled all 8 coils off and sprayed a mixture of PB blaster and carb cleaner in each port. I then immediately cracked each plug loose at least 1/8th of a turn (more if it didn't have much resistance). The back right plug came right out no problem without even soaking. I then worked each plug after only waiting 15 minutes top for the PB blaster to soak, if I plug started to give a little to much resistance I just moved onto the next one. To make a long story short, all plugs came out without any breakage, the whole job took me 45 minutes top! They were still the original plugs and everything, I have 85K miles on the car too...thinking running premium really helps. I'll get pictures up tonight.
