Sorry for taking so long DBspcl on my returned info but had family issues which took me longer to changing out my O2's, anyhow I changed them with no improvement to my hesitation problem. So I went to the dealership and was told I have one bad plug and that my throttle body/sensor is bad and needs replacement too so hopefully after they change the plugs and throttle body that will fix my bad hesitation.

Turns out my knocking/driveability issue had to do with the injector and COP pigtails. Couple had the stupid little tab broken and would not stay on. I took out all the plugs, regapped, put in new pigtails where broken, and it is at least firing on all cylinders now.

I still have the problem with the car suddenly going into safe mode (wrench icon), though. I thought it was TPS or throttle body related, but I've replaced the throttle body, TPS, and TAC, and it is still happening. Datalogging has narrowed it down to what looks like an EVAP or venting problem with the tank (ref: my other thread on this).

Looks like your on the right track to fix your problem, mine has finally been fixed with changing my Throttlebody/sensor and a plug tuneup so now it's driving with no more hesitation. Now just need to see if it will drive with no hesitation when I put my JLT intake and 91 tune back on it. Hope you get yours squared away.

Hey guys, I know it has been a while since these posts, but I am having exactly the same problem with my 07 GT. Did you ever find anything that 'fixed' it? Besides the obvious, I was also thinking a shift solenoid or fuel pump. The traction control switch has me intrigued and am going to try that next time out.
