What's the offset on the wheels? What size? If you change offset and increase wheel size should also do a Toe adjustment, you should set Toe In 0.01 degree for every step up in width. Ex. if you go from 235 to a 265 front you should set Toe In 0.03 degrees from factory center.

Another solution that can be overlooked is that the tires may be cupped...
Doesn't happen often, but it is another possibility!
It happened to me once before. Luckily in my case, great customer service prevailed and they replaced the tires for me after verifying that was the case.

Some tires come bad from the factory, so don't discard that. As for the hub centric rings, they are just adapter rings you put on the rim to adjust the center bore size to the car's hub. usually made out of plastic or aluminum. This video explains it pretty well:

Hub centric rings could be the solution if the center bores are larger. I have seen customer cars with aftermarket wheels have the same issue. Got them the correct hub centric rings and voila, problem fixed. Although, pretty rare for 5 lug cars. 4 lug cars usually have more of an issue.
