Default 05-07 vs 08-09 airbox

I was told that the stock 08-09 airbox and intake tube assymbly is different from the 05-07 stock ones. Does anyone know if this is true and what the difference is. It would be nice is I could use any 05-09 airbox istead of trying to track down an 08-09 one. I cant find any diffinitive answer by searching.

I wouldn't think there's a difference but I've never confirmed it. As far as I'm aware, the GT's engine compartment is the same from 05 thru 09.

I heard that in 07 they got an extra brace to the lower shock towers but I can't confirm it since I never checked it for myself.

LOL, I'm a moron. I posted this in the wrong thread.

The air box changed in the latter year(s) of production to include the sound tube but I thought that was just on 2010's. Could be wrong.

Pretty sure they are the same. I have my '07 airbox/tube sitting around if you want me to post a picture.
