08 GT 5.0 swap or not
So i have come down to the point where i want to start putting up some good HP number. Right now I have the stock 4.6 with a cold-air intake. I have read the with the 4.6 if i wanted to put up high hp I would have to get forged internals.
What should I do change out to the 5.0 and start upgrading from there, or stick with 4.7 and cam it out/ add the procharger I wanted to do.
Any help or suggestions would be great, or what parts would be good for high HP numbers.

they are both good options, yes once you pass the 450hp mark or so you will want to get forged internals.
If you can afford the 5.0 swap and forge it when it goes in thats what I'd do and then save for the FI down the road.
Either way the 3v is still a good motor and can easily make power on it
