Default BMR A-Arms issue

Hey Guys,

I just had my new K-member and A-arms installed.(non adjustable)

I have 255 18" wheels in the front. (GT500 take-offs)

When turning the wheel at full lock the wheels will rub against the A-arm. It's actually the rim itself. It grinded the alumium edge right off.

I figure it could be easily solved with a wheels spacer but wanted to know if it had anything to do with the installation itself.

Also, i had read that with the K-member there'd be more cabin vibration. It had more than i expected though.

Any input?

Absolutely no issues with my BMR Tubular K-Member and non-adjustable A-Arms. I also have 18" SVT rims on my car.

Could it be that your car was not equipped from the factory with 18" rims and you now need steering stops to suit 18" rims?

Have you had an alignment done?

Did you also install a BMR A-Arm Brace? I am asking this as my A-Arm Brace was back-ordered when I installed the K-Member. When I went to install the Brace I noticed that the bolt holes would not line up and I need to bring the rear K-Member mounts inward by loosening the bolts.
