Default Hesitation under acceleration

Hi guys, this is my first time here and I apologize if this question has been beat to death.
I have a 2008 Bullitt. 70,000 miles. Recently did bbk shorty headers into a bbk catless x pipe. New spark plugs and a dyno tune from GTR in rancho California. Other than this the car is stock. I got an engine code the other day. P1053 slow responding o2 sensor bank 2 sensor 1. Today I got on the car pretty hard and it had a slight dead spot in first gear. I then stopped and did a hard launch at idle and not a single hiccup. This is the second time I've felt this dead spot and the first time I replaced the other o2 sensor. Will a bad o2 sensor make my car hiccup like this? Thank you all in advance and once again sorry if this had been addressed.

Be sure the TCS is off. If it continues, then ask them for a tune check/retune.
