Default Vortech Supercharger kit from American Muscle

Hey everyone Im getting ready to throw down on the Vortech SC kit, and I just wanted to see if anyone had any issues with this kit. My mustang is heavily modified (see signature below) just hoping everything will work well together. Any info would be helpful.

Thanks

Matt

Should make great power. I assume it's intercooled.

I would get a custom tune with all of those mods. You can always drive it with what they send you and go from there.

Don't buy it. You are limiting yourself on what your car can do.

If you are stuck on a centri blower then look for something intercooled. If not, look at Whipple and KB. They are much more popular, make great power and very maintenance free.

Don't buy any forced induction without a good heat exchanger or intercooler or both.

There are things you can do to try and make up for the lack of an intercooler, but I am not a fan of them.

Good Luck!!

Remember, price paid will long be forgotten while the satisfaction of purchase lasts forever.

In other words. Don't settle. Get you want. If you have to wait,,,wait.

If you start mixing and matching stuff like this, when you run into problems later, each manufacture will point the finger at each other. If you are going to do FI, do it all from one vendor/manufacture. It will save you any future headaches.

It's just my opinion. I have been there done that and have seen it go so bad for many people who try to go this route. It doesn't usually turn out well if there are issues.
