Update.

Drove to work, about 10 miles and mostly highway. It seems like it happens much more when I go from 55+ and let it coast before downshifting that it dies. It happened each time when I was above 55 be it coming to an on ramp, getting off, etc. I was lucky enough to watch it and not wreck the damn thing.

Performed Idle relearn. No difference.

I've narrowed it down to if I go OVER 50 mph it will bounce rpm's and die.

Can it hold a steady cruising speed without an erratic RPM? How many miles are on the fuel filter?

It could also be your fuel pump, perhaps it is struggling.

Fuel filter is 1 month old.

It can hold cruising speed. Though if I let off the gas at speed there is a very noticeable drag to the vehicle.

I have a new throttle body that will be here today or Monday.

Aftermarket TB's have been known to cause more problems than they cure. They certainly don't add any power unless you're heavily modded or running a strong FI since the stock TB can handle more air than even mildly modded 4.6's need. Whatever you do, hold on to that stock TB.

Did you clean the MAF sensor like Dino suggested?

You're assuming I went aftermarket. I ordered a ford stock replacement.

I did take the TB off yet again and cleaned it even more and the symptoms are not AS bad, but I do believe this is because the TB electronics are on their way out.
