Just my opinion here ......
Well, over the years I've had both the Hurst Competition Plus and Billet Plus shifters. Be prepared for vibration noises, a crappy 2nd to 3rd shift, and a little sloppiness after a while. I finally went with the Barton and holy mackerel what an improvement. While the Barton and MGW are more expensive, they are both in the same league and you won't go wrong with either one. I have since gone with the TR56 Magnum XL - 6 speed tranny/shifter which is absolutely incredible... Have Fun !
