Default Testing A/F

My 05 gt is throwing a p2270 code every once in a while, which is bank 1 sensor 2 stuck lean. If i look at my obd2 it shows the the bank 2 sensor 2 is also right there with it. Im wondering if i am runing lean or if it is due to the long tube headers and exhaust setup flowing air easier. I want to see if there Is there a way to test the A/F raito before i go rush to buy a tuner and get a tune to see if that fixes it.

I'd start with cleaning your MAF since that's the easiest. Then check for any exhaust leaks and/or damage to the sensors (wiring, harness etc)

That link had alot if good information. I had wondered if it could be a clogged injector because it is only on one side and it goes away and comes back

Because long tubes change the position of the front O2's, sometimes it will cause intermittent codes. You are running long tubes without a CAI and tune? That's kind of cart before the horse. You may only need a small tune tweak to change the transfer settings and stop the codes.
A clogged injector would cause a misfire, which you would feel.
Short of an wideband AFR gauge or a sniffer, you can't test the AFR.

Likely that the previous owner boned you by returning it to stock and keeping the tuner, since you said in your first post "before I go rush to buy a tuner and get a tune". So you are running a set up that requires a tune and the seller did the dick move selling the car with the stock tune on it probably so he could keep the tuner for himself.
