I'm about to send this kit packing. Hours of fighting fitment issues, pieces with wrong angles and coupler sizes, inlet piping isn't tapered to the throttle and no coupling, even the air filter pipe from the turbo doesn't fit. We're fed up and honestly about to just use the on3 piping. This has been a damn headache. 😡😡

Yup.
Pipe from intercooler to throttle body was hitting the body of the radiator fan shroud. Just removed some plastic as it wasn't far enough to hit the fan blades.

But yeah, the aftermarket radiators extend the extra width into the engine compartment which starts making things tricky. Not sure where you are going to need extra clearance, but in my checking, the 2013/14 GT500 fan/shroud is narrower than the 05-09, but the actual fan motor extends out further in the center. I'd say check with the guys who sold you the kit, they've done more than a few of them and they might have some insight to help you along.

I've been in contact with Jim. Haven't heard back since this morning. At this point we're trying to get the car done and up so we're going back with the on3 for now as far as the piping goes. Then I may send the piping back to be inspected because so many pieces didn't just seem right. The o2 sensor on the pass didn't seem right, bung location for the wide-band, inter cooler inlet/outlet sizes compared to couplers, even the inlet intake tube didn't expand out to fit the throttle. The on3 looks like it'll be much smoother especially being used. Gonna see if the Garrett turbo though will work with the on3 piping.

It's funny so we been using the on3 piping, and while it isn't as pretty as the other kit seems to be coming together much better. In fact the hot side is pretty much done with using the Garrett turbo and fabbed up a bracket. BTW to fit that Mishimoto radiator with the new gt500 fan we still had to shave off a small section of the shroud to make it fit but it came together. I still need to get a turbo blanket as it's damn close. Would the 61mm garret be a T3/T4 for the blanket type?

Here's some pics from this past weekend. Getting closer. Haven't heard back from Jim, so in the meantime the on3 piping is going in the car for now but with the Garrett turbo.
