Default PTFE Lube for Clutch hub splines?

I’ve got some chatter on my rxt that I am hoping to remedy. I am just looking for some clarification on the clutch install instructions in the factory service manual. Specifically section 308-01-6 where it notes the following:
“Notice: Apply a small amount of PTFE lubricant to the splines of the clutch hub. This will make sure that the clutch will not bind on the transmission input shaft, making sure of correct clutch operation. Using lubricant other than Motorcraft PTFE lubricant may cause clutch chatter.”

I’ve got a tube of the Motorcraft PTFE Lubricant (XG-8). Now this may be a stupid question but I just want to be sure I’ve got this right. In the photo below, are these the clutch hub splines that the service manual is referring too?
