There is actually a weird exhaust note that comesome with it occasionally too. It only lasts while I idle but when I start driving it goes away. There is also a high pitched whining noise under the hood when I Rev on it while idling and you can hear it when you get to higher RPMs while driving. It sounds do just like a supercharger, but I don't have one.

yes, PS fluid. Since everyone's interpretation of noises can be a bit different, gotta cover all bases.
Lack of fluid will make that pump whine very noticeably. Turning the steering wheel back and forth will make it change pitch. If it doesn't change, then that eliminates the pump as the noise source. If it is full, and the noise still changes with steering wheel movement, then the pump is going south.
Make sense now?

UPDATE: So I was just at a light and I went to turn. I let off the clutch while in first gear and it barely moved. I put it too the floor and it felt like I was hardly pushing on the gas. Starting to get worried. I just shut the A/C off about five minutes prior. It seems to get a lot worse when the A/CHANGE is on.

Does the engine rev up during these problems and the car just won't go or does the engine not rev up? If the engine revs but the car won't move, that's a slipping clutch. If it doesn't rev up and simply doesn't respond, that electronics related.
It may be a problem with the TPS (Throttle position sensor) or switch by the pedal that controls the Throttle by wire system. I think someone else mentioned it. IMO take it to a dealer or reputable shop versus trying to just throw parts at it. let them diagnose it then fix the problem yourself.
