Just installed Pypes' mid-muffler exhaust, I am lovin it. Wife likes it too. It wasn't too bad to install, did it in carport w/ drive on ramps & jackstands, tricky part is getting clearances/fit right b4 tightening evrything up. Sounds great w/out bein too loud.

I have slp lm axel back on my gt.... i am wanting to get the hooker long tube w/ o/r h pipe will this all conect properly, or will i need more pipes, and will the long tube, match right up with my h pipe? yes i know its going to be crazy loud, but if its to much i can but some mufflers back on her... let me know what you guys think
So right now ive got the roush off road axleback system. Im leaning towards full length headers with a catted x-pipe. Anyone have any sounds clips of this setup? i was thinkin about the BBK headers and catted X. I want a nice rumble but nothing too brutal that drones out on the highway. Any ideas of a good setup??
I hope I made the right decision... I get my 07 GT back on Monday evening... Installing FlowMaster Catback exhaust and K&N air intake ...one of the guys at the Ford dealership recommended FlowMaster..says that they have the best sound
I just put the American Thunder series FlowMaster catback exhaust on my 07 GT. Is there anything to modify it to make it louder, i.e. mufflers?... it's a decent throaty rumble, but would like a lil more sound.
They're a little louder than I thought they'd be, especially inside the car with the windows up. They may calm down after a while though. I got them from Nino Sport and although shipping was quick, the condition of these leaves something to be desired. There are weld marks on the outside of the tips on both sides, they're fairly scratched up and have some dents, and they look like crap if you look into the ends. I also had a heck of a time getting them to line up and look halfway acceptable. The video shows they are a little off center towards the outside of the car on both sides, but that is great compared to where they first lined up, and one does stick out just a tad further than the other. I don't know if I will stay with them or not... we'll see.
Let me know what you think.

Friend just installed this exhaust and sounds great.
i love the Corsa axle back sound also, got them from LMPERFORMANCE for right at $575 in late July, no drone is "absolutly as claimed". it sounds expensive not cheaperlike some of theothers i have heard. they are straight thru and when behind a Pypes off road H pipe (installed late November) are still non droning at freeway speeds when you just hold it at say 60,70 mph. not loud at all just holding the same speed, but when you mash it down - wow, loud as fooocck. it is aproaching ridiculous levels when pulling WOT from 4000 - 6000+ rpm. i have heard nothing else like it.
in the high 13's w/ corsa's only, can't wait til the track opens up in late feb/ early march to try out my newly installed goodies from BRENSPEED. they definitly woke it up.
