On this subject. I'm new to mustangs and I don't know alot about them. I want to do an axle-back setup, and I was wondering who makes the best exhaust for mustangs (sound and performance wise)?

You can't go wrong w/ any of the biggies - Magnaflow, Bassani, Borla, Flowmaster, SLP to name a few. It all depends on how loud you want it and how deep the pockets are.

I plan to get the Mac Axel back for new '06 stang GT. My brother has the Mac Cat Back on his '03 GT...sounds amazing. I found a clip online for the new mustang and it sounds awesome. Good deeper tone then the flows and magnaflow.

It may, depending on the tune. To be safe and get the most out of your upgrades, you need to re-tune.
