Default 8.8 t.c. rear swap?

is it worth it? goin from the 7.5 to the 8.8 rear with disc brakes? btw this is goin in a all out circle track RaceCar.

it weighs more, do you really need to upgrade it at the power levels youre looking to make?

yea i wa thinking about the weight thing but lately ive been loosing my brakes through the race cuz there drum brakes

The 8.8 have more gear options and are stronger. Go with it, the weight is down lower

thats kinda what i was thinking but the gear options wont help me any to run the tranny in 4th gear(german 4 spd) i need a 727 gear in the rear
