you have to remove the panels under your steering wheel and bolts around it then up on top of the console there are two torx screw be careful with these they screw into plastic and break very easily then you have 4 screws and the cluster comes out but make sure to remove speedo cable before you rip it out.
i've had mine to top speed which is about 123 thats with the rev limiter kicking in in the top of fifth gear but i have 411 gears. it's got close to 200000 miles and i can't blow it up. i've tried hard! can't wait to swap in the 351 w mine is a notch car and has some light weights done but fully stock engine
