4cyl runs balanced on 2cyls

92 Mustang 4 cyl dual ignition runs balanced on two cyls. I have disconnected one coil at a time and the engine runs the same on either coil What cold be wrong?

Each coil fires all 4 cylinders.

When was the last time you did a tune up?
