Default belt tensioner pulley

I was looking at my engine today and finally figured out what looked funny. my fan belt is about 1/8 inch off the tensioner. Is there a way to adjust the tensioner or will I have to replace it? If I have to replace what all do I need to get? I don't know how long it has been running this way.

ok your sure for like I said I just noticed it not being all the way on the tensioner. driving nearly 80 miles a day just don't want to get stranded if you know what I mean..... does anybody else got this problem? for it seems to me it would wear the belt out way too soon.

Theres been many discussions on it over time, it just happens. No worries, i abuse my car, thrash on it, and had the original belt on it...no problems.

Same thing here, it's been like that for all 12k miles I've had it.
