Your suppose to run 91 or higher. I'm running 87 because I have a PK1 computer (very rich fuel map) so I feel safe, plus I've taken a few degrees timing out, and the knock sensor is on. Once I find a good job I'll always be running 91 or higher

Lol, ok I'll address your problem here than.

I would pull codes, and see if your FPR is leaking into the vacuum line. Also I would look for any loose connections and dubble check your wiring

I plan on either running a F350 intercooler or a custom one (made from the biggest JY intercooler I can find)

Sleeeper I am thinking of changing to water cooled. Lot of pipe to build boost in. Take a turbocoupe intercooler, water cooler jacket it. Then insulate it with insulation I use in a restaurant fryer. Don't like the boost delay I got but also I guess need to get rid of the .48 turbo. And upgrade may solve. Ps How turbo rebuild go? Info please got a .63 that need it. Might learn how with your help.

Sorry mg man, I didn't fo it, but I can tell you this, there are more parts in there than it shows in pictures. Also make sure you have a drill, bolts, and a tap set on stand by, because you will break blots!!!!

Just take one thing off at a time and take pictures so you know what order they go in. I have the old turbo parts if you want pictures.

About the .48 turbo, I hear people really don't see a difference between it or the .63 but then again the where pretty much stock.

BTW, again on the turbo rebuild, its not hard (except on your knuckles) as long as you have it marked so you don't have to get it balanced
