Default Break pedal leakdown

I had this issue when i was drinving my car before the engine blew, youd have to pump the break once to get a good pedal. I noticed that beneath my master cylinder, on the brake booster appeared to have something leaking down, because the paint is all bubbly and im sure its brake fluid obviously, is it my master or booster? nows a good time to replace what ever it is before my engine goes in..

Im no specialist or anything, but there should be a gasket between the booster and the master cylinder... The fluid could be leaking from there. That would be my guess.

your master cyl. is probably shot. fluid is leaking past the seals inside and leaking down the booster.

I'm getting this problem where my car brakes perfectly, but when I start accelerating, after about 20mph the brake light comes on. May I have a similar problem maybe?

Possible check fluid. Try a test Put parking brake on. Start car, put on brakes and hold. Does pedal leak down toward to floor if so make sure no leaks.or may need new mastercylinder.

Im having this problem when my left foot is on the brake and my right foot is on the gas..... and then it starts power braking [:@]

LOL

My dads master cylinder was going and we thought air was in the lines but it just turned out that the master cylinder was leaking under pressure.... he got a new one and he has tons of presure and the brakes are very touchy
