Hey guys I know that I am new around here but prior to looking into a mustang I had a 2000 civic that put 295 hp to the wheels. I was completely stock looking except for a set of wheels and a 5" tach. Not to bash the mustang but there are a few 5.0 guys I run with and there almost stock 5.0 were in my rearview anytime we played around. So anyway I am now on the path to try to build a turbo 4 banger and make it a cool car I will try to keep the forum updated when I get the car and start the project.

As to what hellion 79 says bull**** I drove a civic for a longtime and I listen to no rap at all ever. Only very heavy metal rock here.

Differant cars for differant people. I have gone to car shows and see some good "ricers". I have seen more that were a collection of parts they bought. No creativity. The reason "ricers" are so popular is first years ago insurance got too high for a "sports car". Guess what that is us. So the imports filled that need. Now the aftermarket caters to them. Who wants to build parts for a 15 to 20 year old mustang. Now the old ones are totally differant. Our fox body cars are at the point to become classic's. Per one of the mustang books. Just look what prices have done in last few years for good body cars. I personnally would never had bought a fox body mustang. But that was what a turbo motor was in. PS not svo. I would rather bought a bugeye sprite. I know what is a bugeye sprite. Made in late 1950's before the midget.
