hey guys, wondering if any of you had this problem. the fan turns on and off then repeats over and over (annoying) at first i thought it was the coolant temp sensor going bad, but it reads fine on the instrument cluster(though i read there are 2 others, one for the fan ). my only other guess is the relay of course, but usually when those go its either the fan stays on or off not intermittent. before i drop 10$ on a new relay i figure id check and see what you guys thought. its an 88 n/a 2.3 by the way, thanks a lot guys.

I say its either a bad connection or a frying relay

Fan control is label TRW near as can remember is 7 wire. Located near the steering columne. Look for burn't wire, connector or connection at module.
