Default The volvo head swap, are there other options???

You know, I was looking around on ebay the other day and noticed a few of the volvo heads for sale, and thats what got me thinking. Has anyone tried a swap with one of the new ford 2.3 heads that currently has a DOHC? I saw several of those on ebay, and it seems like it should be easier, seeing how its made on the same engine. But has anyone tried this, or are the blocks too different these days to make that swap work?

ok here is your problem since your going turbo this swap isnt going to give you much hp for the price online a fully built one is around $500 and then you need intake $200 and all this other small stuff and you will only get about 50hp if your lucky if you get one of these http://bo-port.com/headpkg.html you will get at least 100hp with the cheap one.

The new DOHC 2.3 is a DURATECH, the 2.3 we know and love is the LIMA SOHC engine. The only thing thats the same between the two is the liters. Thats it
