Default Tune with aftermarket cam?

86 svo 2.3 turbo car...

1.) Do I have to tune it or will it compensate for itself?
2.) What kind of tuner would I need if I have to?
3.) Any other info. I need to know before switching the cam out?

As long as the car makes enough vacuum (18 in/hg) you'll be fine, people are running bo-ports stage 1.5 on the stock computer with no problems
