o2 sensor most likely thats what was wrong with my car.

well i checked the codes and all its showing is 224, which is failure in either 1,2,3 or 4 of the primary coil pack. never really said anything about an o2 sensor. i may go ahead and get one anyways though

Hi,

The 224 code is for the ICM. Autozone should be able to test that. And to buy them new, your looking at around $150.

yeah, but autozone cant test it. its an OBD 1 motor. i installed new plugs and getting new plug wires tomorrow. the #2 wire on the exhaust side was letting an arch through the rubber boot and getting the exhaust manifold. tbo i really dont like the car much. love the body style, but the interior is eh lol. so its up for sale. but cant make a thread here for some reason...
