Default lower shock mount bolt

has anyone taken this out? what did you use? i havent ever seen a torx bit tha big. its possible thats what i need, but im gonna do shocks and springs today but i dont know how to get this off

mine is a 1990 and has a torx- 50 or 55- can't remember which one . wd-40 and an impact wrench helps!!
