Default 2.3T cooling issues

im having cooling issues with my 2.3T i have the AC on a NPR inter cooler and a ranger radiator well i can drive it normal and it doesn't get real hot it runs about 190 but i got a 160 thermostat on it i think and it still run warm and it been pretty cool out i know it not getting enough air if i run the hell out of it for a little bit it will get real hot quick im running a 16 ich slim fan radiator mount kit that pushes about 1500 cfm i think not sure at all it not enough so im going to to the fan in the front in a pusher/puller type fan and run another one behind it can some one suggest a fan for me need a pretty strong one to cool it. i was thinking of making a bracket and mounting a fan behind it but room is limited but a good radiator mount fan or one i have to make a bracket for i really need suggestions i dont wanna buy one and have to buy another because it to weak im running around 17PSI boost on it

thanks guys sorry it was a quick type up

I have the same set up in my car, with a stock thermostat. I use my stock fan, and never have any issues, and I live in Florida where its 100 degrees all day everyday. I would just use a stock 4cyl fan. Make sure you check the amount of water/coolant you have.

Make sure you have no blockages in your coolant lines, and make sure that the thermostat is opening fully and not only part way. I ran 195* stat in mine and it never had over heating issues...

Here you go. Cheap thin one also have read a Ford Contour will work good. Put on of these in my boss's Jeep Wrangler and running it on low fan. No problems with it. It has a 4.0
