Default 88 t/c vs. 86 svo longblock

are they the same? If not, Would it be a good idea to install an 88 t/c engine into the svo? I plan on buying the whole car turbocoupe just to transplant the engine....anything else I should convert over if i do this? any tips or hints?

Same motor. Use the SVO's turbo.
