Okay, so around 2 months ago I had my drums cleaned because they were making a creaking noise. Now, whenever I let off the brake pedal I hear a squeak and a slight clunk it seems like. Any suggestions? I plan on taking a look at them this weekend when I have some daylight, but I was wondering if anyone else had this problem so I might know what to look for first. Thanks guys.

If you're talking about your REAR drums (not front disc) then I'd say your adjuster wheel or E-brake adjuster arm is not engaging properly. The clunk is probably the adjuster arm losing grip with the adjuster wheel when you release the pedal.
