Default Need Help ASAP please!!

What sensor is this? or whatever this is, what is it? And also another question, my car runs but has NO power, it seems really shaky too from the motor. I ran the codes and only got a code 51 which really tells me nothing :/ and that sensor in the picture is always plugged in.

ect sensor is between #2 and #3 fuel injectors. Check connection to it and replace. If it read too cold it will act like the choke is on all the time. Maurice
