Default Tach problem?

My 93 LX 2.3 runs pretty good, but when it warms up, the tach drops to about 1200rpms and stays there no matter how fast I'm going, and seems like the engine starts stumbling a bit, sorta shudders and then straightens up, off and on...don't know a lot about the 2.3 but mine doesn't have a distributor, just 2 coil packs, two plugs in each cylinder...any ideas?

Thats usually a sign the ignition modular is starting to go. But try cleaning your ground connections and see if it helps at all, and check the computer for codes
