fender question

Default fender question

im going to pick up a 93 mustang with the 2.3 its missing the fenders and from the pics, the fender frams is it safe to drive the car missing thoes amd how hard is it to install the apron frames? the pic is the frame part im talkin bout, it has the head lamps and front bumper installed so im not sure if these are missing

The front clip (bumper, headlights, etc) mount to the fenders so if you drive it, you will want to make sure the front clip is well supported.

As far as the aprons go, they will need to be welded in. However, if the section that is missing is what is pictured in the link, then the car would be impossible to drive. You are missing the strut towers, and front frame.

With as cheap as you can find 2.3 mustangs, I think you would have been better off waiting until you found something more complete. Rebuilding that shock tower will probably be the biggest pain of that whole project.
