1990 Mustang 2.3L engine knocking
We just purchased a 1990 2.3L Mustang 2 weeks ago. A friend just used it to go to the store and the engine lost power and started knocking. I had a friend bring me to the car and we drove it back and the lower the RPMs the less knocking. The knocking sounds like it comming from the RH rear cylinder and can see some blue(ish) smoke coming from the back of the engine but can't see the exact location. Some blue(ish) smoke comes out the exhaust pipe. The car was running GREAT until today. Any ideas.?

I posted a video with audio so you can see and hear the engine. At about 25 seconds in you can see some blue(ish) smoke.
