Default Cooling fan stays on

My 93LX 2.3 cooling fan comes on whenever the car is turned on. Cold, hot, and a/c on or off.The only switch I see is in the heater hose. Is this the right one? When I unplug it ,the fan still blows. Help.

Default

I think that the engine coolant temp sensor on the 4 bangers is plumbed into the heater hose. So that sensor is probly bad, or the computer is not seeing it.

This is a default safety feature to run the fan on high when failure to see the ect is present.
Check the wiring for breaks and the plug, if the wires and plug look good replace the ect
