1. You will need to ask the person running the group buy
2. RPM doesn't determine when you're in boost.... engine load and throttle position determine boost. (The bypass valve is vacuum controlled.) I can drive around all day and never hit boost... but what fun is that
3. Several X owners have 4.10s and I haven'theard/read any complaints.
