Honestly, I have dealt with THR a couple of times, and have been extremely pleased...Lizzie has always been beyond helpful from a customer service side....BUT, I have to say, I have sent both a PM and an E Mail about two weeks ago, inquiring about a VERY substancial purchase....
I have not yet heard back from anyone.....I don't know what's going on with them right now......
