I've done 4, and I still don't really know how to tell you to do it. You just gotta get in there and figure it out. Take it slow. Look at it and figure out how it works, and where everything is supposed to go. If it helps, take several colors of paint pens and make small marks where certain parts line up or match up to help you re-assemble it.
Thats all I got.
Sorry for the non-help!

RE: rear quarter window removal/replacement
I worked on my 66 last summer and this is what I remember....Remove the rear seat and qaurter window trim panel. The quarter window rides inchannels that are attached to a large metal plate. There are 3 bolts that hold this metal plate in place. There is also a few rollers that have clips like door glass. Remove the bolts that hold the plate in place and the clips that hold the rollers in place.Pull the plate out of the top, then there will be enough room to pullthe window out of the top.
Hope this helps.
Hope this helps.

RE: rear quarter window removal/replacement
Welcome to the forums. I posted a topic after doing mine last year. I did order new rollers off e-bay as well.
