Default RE: what to offer on left over '07 Shelby GT?

Hi All,
I'm new since I just purchased my 2007 Shelby GT on Tuesday. I bought it down here in Florida at Brandon Ford. They were able to apply the $2500 rebate plus they offered the $500 more if I financed through Ford Credit. I didn't do that since they wanted 8%. I was also lucky enough to get the Ford Z plan pricing and picked mine up for $34K. They told me that they hadn't been able to apply the rebates or Z plan until a month or so ago. I just went through this process so I know it's at least true at Brandon Ford. I am very happy with my Shebly GT. Gets lot's of attention and it is fun, fun, fun to drive. Also, It may be true that you can take any Mustang GT and add on the parts, cheaper and with more performance but the Shelby name will be what makes the difference in the future when it comes time to sell. Always has, always will. Not to many classic Mustang GTs getting $100s of K$+ at the auctions like the classic Shelby Mustangs are. Just the way things are. You can say the same thing about Roush Mustangs and Saleens. They all command bigger prices when you could take and do the same to a stock mustang and not pay for the name. Now I wouldn't want to have paid 10K over sticker for my Shelby GT like some folks did but hopefully it will all work it's way out when the time comes to sell.
