RE: Powerdyne Supercharger
They are unreliable, they have seals go out/leak oil, etc etc. Anything over the stock boost of 6 or so PSI is going to constantly shred belts.
In short, you get what you pay for. there is a reason the powerdyne kits are so cheap, and it isn't because vortech/ATI/paxton is screwing everyone over. On top of that, powerdyne's kits that have regular gear driven blowers are nearly as much as the vortech/paxton/ati units, so it tells you how much cheaper the belt driven units are.
Powerdyne ftl! Just do a google search and you can find page after page of previous powerdyne owners with complaints!
