a stock aod car is not going to be the fastest fox, 87-88 are the fastest IIRC

yeah an 87LX with a 5spd, and remove the front sway bar.

i have a 5spd 87 lx. why would i want to remove the front sway bar, im just curious as to how this would help

I guess it weighs like 20 lbs., so it'll net you a .02 1/4 mile time improvement lol.

they came with a 285hp supercharged 5.0L "stock"
