ok well my motor is pretty much stock besides sum bolt ons intake, exhaust, throttle body, maf, pulleys and gears with a bigger stall converter. my question is will my car be able to handle a e303cam with sum roller rockers if i dont do the heads right away. heads are gunna be later on down the road. how will my car perform with that cam and rockers in it.

You should be fine with the E303. IMHO all of your mods will actually benefit even more from the cam and with higher rpm breathing. The head should hold up just fine though, the cam isn't all that aggressive.
