Default how to install cold air intake....

So...I bought this cold air intake off ebay for my 91GT and it didn't have instructions so Im hoping someone could help me out with this one question:

I'm trying to figure out how to mount the bracket that holds up the airmass meter. THe bottom of it sits in that little narrow tray area just above the frame. There is a hole, but no way to access the back side of it. Any suggestions on how to mount that thing other than apoxying it?
