does any one know the cam specs on a 2000 ford explorer 5.0?

you dont want to put that cam in your car. those cars are built for tourque and not high end power. i know from experience

^^ yep. the cam that was in my car (i think it was out of an explorer) was .422 WITH 1.72 RR. i dont know the duration, i never bothered measuring that. it was a piece o sh..
